We're very sorry that the plant you have received isn't meeting your expectation. Please note that all of our advised sizes are best estimates and include the pot.
Due to the nature of the plants that we grow, the height does vary a lot throughout the growing season and is dependent on weather conditions. We try our best to keep the information on the website up to date but from time to time this can become inaccurate. In nearly all cases, the plant will reach the advised height later in the growing season but we apologise that it was not tall enough on arrival.
