My plants are late, what do I do?

We apologise if you are experiencing a delay with your order.

With live plants, estimating a delivery date can be difficult as they are grown on annual cycles. It is very important to us that we do not send out plants until they are absolutely ready.

Once your order has been picked up by the courier, you will receive an email to let you know the delivery is on its way.
